  • How quickly can I get set up?
    Our system is designed to be setup and ready for you to use within a week including your own branding, colour scheme and calendar integrations.
  • Can I use my own domain?
    Our platform can be installed on any domain, we just need access to your desired domain, or we can acquire a domain for you or set you up with a subdomain.
  • Is it secure?
    We are an onshore, cloud hosted service that is hosted on IRAP approved AWS servers in Sydney, NSW. All of our developers and support staff are also located in Australia, ensuring you get the support and training you need during standard business hours.
  • Does the platform come with support and documentation?
    As a part of every deployment, we provide an in-built wiki that outlines all features and components of the platform. Additionally, we can create user walkthroughs or instructional videos for your staff and provide your staff with a training session before launch.
  • Do you integrate with other software?
    Yes, absolutely. Like most SaaS products we can use REST API to sync or pass data securely between other systems you may be using. We can also create custom integrations for any bespoke or internally hosted systems you might have, just let us know.
